Our primary goal from the very beginning of creating our glass wall and door systems has been to develop unique and safe solutions. Beyond providing excellent design, lightness, and aesthetics, our products aim to support employee well-being by creating an ideal work environment. We believe in spaces where everyone can focus and perform their tasks effectively, with unlimited access to natural light – an invaluable comfort.

This is why we also find it crucial to raise awareness about the invisible threat of noise. The high acoustic insulation parameters of our products ensure comfortable conditions in the office space, allowing people to work in a quiet environment, without feeling cut off from the rest of the team. According to current European Commission policies, the EPD is one of the key tools for implementing sustainable development principles in the manufacturing industry.

This document outlines our expectations for collaboration, communication, and development, as well as how we address unethical behavior. Its purpose is also to clearly define the boundaries of responsibility and help foster an environment where everyone feels respected and accepted, with the space to act and grow, regardless of their position.

Anti-corruption and Anti-fraud Policy

 

Integrity and transparency are the pillars on which we base our daily business activities. At Glass System, there is no room for compromise when it comes to ethics – regardless of the scale of the transaction, position, or contract value.

Corruption, financial fraud, and dishonest practices are not only illegal but also fundamentally incompatible with our company’s values. Even a single breach of these principles can lead to a loss of trust, serious legal consequences, and damage to the organization’s reputation.

This document clearly outlines our stance on preventing corruption and fraud, the rules for giving and receiving gifts, and the boundaries that must not be crossed. Each of us is obliged not only to comply with these principles but also to respond to any attempts to circumvent them.

In the era of digitalization, the increasing importance of data, and the risks associated with its unauthorized use, every employee and collaborator of the company is obliged to exercise the utmost diligence in handling it.

Strategic information, as well as the data of contractors, clients, and colleagues, constitutes a valuable asset that must be strictly protected – not only due to legal requirements but, above all, in accordance with professional ethics, the company’s reputation, and the trust of stakeholders.

This policy defines the principles for handling confidential information and personal data, reminds employees of their obligations under the GDPR, and explains how to act to avoid the risk of confidentiality breaches in practice.

Risk Management

 

Risk management constitutes an essential element of a responsible and mature approach to conducting business activities. A conflict of interest may not only violate ethical principles but also negatively impact the company’s reputation and undermine the trust of clients, partners, and colleagues. Therefore, this document defines what a conflict of interest is, how to identify it, how to avoid it, and how to report any potential undesirable situations.

Our goal is not to limit employees’ professional or private activities, but rather to ensure that such activities do not compromise integrity, conflict with the company’s interests, or influence decisions made within the scope of their duties.
